My greatest restaurant
memories are almost exclusively about desserts. At Criolla’s
our pastry chef makes everything from scratch. If you are a chocolate
fanatic, we buy at least 12 different types from all over the world.
Our passion for pastry runs deep for example, each November we harvest
our own crop of prickly pears in Seagrove and make wonderful ice creams
and sorbets from the fruit. Our thoughts are, growing your own is
far better than anything you can buy. So you can see why you need
to save room for desserts at Criolla’s.
