The Criolla's Wine Cellar is, to quote our guests: "awesome", "magnificent", "unpretentious" and lots of fun. We built it for everyone from the wine afficionado to folks interested in enjoying everyday wines with dinner.
We have over 1300 wine selections kept at proper cellaring temperature and of course several selections by the glass. Since 1998 Criolla's has been awarded the Wine Spectator "Best of Award of Excellence", and we're the only restaurant in Northwest Florida with this distinction.
Additionally we periodically host dinners with some of the world's most noted wine makers and winery owners such as Miner Family Vineyards, Trimbach, Harrison, Caymus, Honig, De Loach, Frog's Leap, Elyse, Adelsheim and Eric Solomon.
